Job Title: Fleet Team Leader
Location: Dar es salaam
Report to: Respective Fleet Services Manager
Key Responsibilities
Execute maintenance plan, manage fleet maintenance, assist mechanics with breaklown repairs and troubleshooting of faults, monitor expenses, prepare fleet reports, adhere to necessary legal road permits, people development and performance management, ensure proper usage and arrangements of resources and working tools, pre and post maintenance inspection and sign off for work carried out, maintain wokshop cleanliness.
Job Requirements
A minimum of degree in mechanical engineering Automotive engineering or any other related field, excellent communication skills in English and Swahili, planning organizing and controlling, leadership and project, management skills, problem solving numerical skills (financial), assertiveness, time management, ability to perform regular work correctly and in time without follow up and guidance, be able to work within a team and demonstrate high integrity and honesty work ethics.
At least 2 years working experience in related field
Job Title: Cooler Technician / Refrigeration Technician (1 post)
Location: Dar es Salaam Tanzania.
Reporting to: Cooler Team Leader
The successful Incumbent`s Responsibilities Will Include
Deliver cooler to customers as per work requested, check cooler condition to ensure it is in good order before delivery, daily feedback report, raising a job card for every work to be done, receiving spare parts from the store, making daily itinerary for attending to cooler breakdowns, priority rating on cooler breakdowns based on the nature of the breakdown, monitor health while charging Freon gas into a refrigeration system, monitor safety while using oxygen & acetylene gas welding while in the cooler`s workshop, monitor safety against electric shock while working on a “LIVE” cooler, Attaining 100% of set maintenance targets, Reduce number of repeat job.
