Bugando Medical Centre is therefore inviting suitably Tanzanians to fill the following vacancies;-
Driver II (1- Post)
Entry Qualifications:
Holder of an Ordinary Secondary School Certificate with passes in English, and holder of class “C” driving license with certificate of driving training from a
recognized Institute. Must have undergone motor drivers course at a recognized institution and posses “Trade Test” Grade III (mechanicals), with at least
three years of class “C” driving experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Driving cars and buses as well as other motor machines.
• Ensuring that fuel, oil, water, tires and the general state of the car has been checked before use.
• Providing driving services to BMC staff.
• Transporting parcels from BMC offices to other offices, transport terminals and vice versa.
• Maintaining the log-book for each and every trip.
• Ensuring that the vehicle is serviced as planned.
• Carrying out small repairs if the vehicle breaks down.
• Reporting for major preventing repairs to the Transport Officer
Salary Scale POSS.3.1
Age Limit : Not above 40 years of age
