Receptionist
Responsibilities:
•Operating and ensuring cost
effective travel arrangements and office entertainment for JTILS staff
•Supervision of the front desk to
ensure quality and professional customer services
•Coordination of all HR related
activities
•Answering and routing incoming
telephone calls
•Providing administrative support
and coordination for all business activities and office requests.
Key Requirements:
Advanced Diploma/Degree in Office
Management/Front Desk Management or related fields.
1-2 years experience in
administration Fluent in English and Swahili (Ability to read and write in
English and Swahili)
Computer literate - Basic knowledge
of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet
